It's the cosmetic condition, vinyl cover coming loose in spots and some paint on the thing, so it's ugly. The clasps and hinges are still in good condition though. Just realize the case is lightweight plywood with just a very thin lining and it also shows the wear and tear of thirty some odd years of knocking around. If they're the same as the fg150 you'd be good to go. Measure the guitar at the upper and lower bouts. I have the original case from my fg150 that I would give to you. If you buy the guitar and want a hardshell case let me know. Some of the Nippon Gakki guitars were pretty tough players with high action but the description seems to indicate that is not the case. That is, of course if it ends up being as described. ![]() Wouldn't be a horrible price up to $125.00 including the shipping. Oh, if you have the bid at $89.00 and it wins, it's a decent deal with the $25,00 shipping at a total of $114.00. That's going to be a West Coast area code. If I remember right there should be 8 digits. Not all the serial numbers are accounted for. Yamaha doesn't recognize that serial number.
